Welcome to the NCVPS Family! Please use the guide below.
1) Be sure your regional NCVPS virtual learning consultant (VLC) is aware that you are your school's or district's DLA.
2) Review the district and school responsibilities before enrolling students.
3) You need access to the registration system and the DLA Spa. Contact your VLC if you do not have access. Each school can only have one username and password.
4) Learn how to use the registration system. Check out the Registration System Manual or watch theregistration videos.
5) Get the latest Student Checklist and DLA Checklist. These two resources are updated each semester. Modify the Student Checklist to include your school's and district's expectations for students. Look under "Course Resources" here to retrieve both checklists.
6) See what textbooks and materials are needed. Click here to see the Course Description, Textbook, and Tech Requirements. The school and district are responsible for textbooks and meeting tech requirements.
7) Explore the DLA Spa in Blackboard! Blackboard is the platform in which our courses are taught. This is where your students will learn! There are many resources in the Spa for DLAs, including all of our guidelines, teacher contact information, credit recovery information, and training information.
